$180 per 45-minute session*
$240 per 60-minute session*
*$60 additional for initial intake session ($60 per 15-minutes time)
Out-of-Network Insurance
I am not on any insurance panels and would be considered an out-of-network provider. Depending on your benefits plan, my services may be covered in part by your health insurance or applied to your out-of-network deductible . If it is a priority to use insurance, please contact your provider to confirm benefits. At the end of each session I provide you an invoice which includes all necessary information needed for you to submit a claim to your insurance.
Please be aware that insurance requires a mental health diagnosis to process your claim. Choosing therapeutic guidance is an investment of your time, finances and emotional resources; this positive choice is also a worthy investment in yourself and/or your child. I believe in investing early to reap the benefits for a lifetime.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), including HSA and mileage cards, at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy
Please extend me the courtesy of at least 24 hours advanced notice of appointment cancellations. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me, you will be charged the full cost of the session. If there is a sudden illness or emergency, I understand, as I have kids, but please let me know as soon as possible.
